Upload the /admin-bar-menu-packer/ directory into your WordPress plugins directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
The following built-in items will be packed: New (Post, Media, Page, User) Customize Edit (Edit Post, Edit Page) View The following built-in items will NOT be packed: WordPress logo Menu (About WordPress, WordPress.org, etc.) Site-name Menu (Visit site, Dashboard, Themes, Widgets, etc.) Updates Comments User Account Menu In addition, the items added to the right of toolbar by some plugins, such as Debug Bar, will not be packed.
No, you can not. The current version of this plugin does not have settings screen and there is no way to select items to be packed.

Please enable WP_DEBUG. To do this, set the value of it to true in your wp-config.php file: define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); Please note that it enables debug mode throughout WordPress and PHP errors or warnings will be shown inside of pages.
