This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.
- Install and Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Visit our website site and register your free Click4Assistance trial account https://www.click4assistance.co.uk/live-chat-software-free-trial.
- Download the Click4Assistance software to handle chats, monitor your visitors and make changes to the chat window or button, plus much more.
- Go to Settings > Click4Assistance in the menu.
- Enter your Click4Assistance registration information and press save.
- A sticky chat button and embedded window will appear in the bottom-right corner of your website.
