The PDF forms fields cannot have names using special characters including *,’,”,|,@ You need a valid premium license to remove our watermark Port 443 must be open inbound to your web server if activating on a local install.
PHP 5.6 or higher is required. The plugin WILL NOT activate on PHP 5.5 or lower, please see our youtube channel for a demo of how to update your PHP version AS WELL AS Gravity Forms plugin to be installed and activated
