No. You will have to manually add each of your old products. This version offers more features and is more stable. A little bit of history. Originally we had named the plugin DigiShop and it had about 7,000 downloads in the WordPress plugin directory. Somebody complained that it was infringing on their trademark and it was removed without giving us a chance to rename it. We were notified after the fact.
