Ya es obligatorio cumplir la Normativa Europea que obliga a informar sobre los alérgenos en Hostelería y Restauración, el Reglamento 1169/2011 sobre la información alimentaria facilitada al consumidor, bares, restaurantes, cafeterías, comedores colectivos, taperías, hoteles y todo establecimiento que ofrezca productos elaborados envasados o no, debe tener un sistema que le permita informar a sus clientes sobre los posibles alérgenos presentes en nuestros platos o productos.
El Plugin te ayuda a cumplir el Reglamento que obliga a informar a los clientes sobre la presencia en los alimentos o productos elaborados de alguno de los 14 alérgenos de declaración obligatoria
El plugin permite adaptar las cartas de restaurantes a la ley de alérgenos.
La adaptación de la carta de un restaurante se debe hacer partiendo de un análisis de todos los ingredientes presentes en los platos. Nuestro plugin te permite insertar iconos re cada tipo de alérgeno.
La carta la podemos realizar insertando los iconos después de cada plato.
