- New Account Registration
2ConnectMe will send email to inform you of questions asked by website visitors in the Contact Form. Therefore, 2ConnectMe requires your email address only and NO need your email server information. Your registered email address will be validated in the New Account Registration. Open New Account in 2ConnectMe – Only takes you less than 5 mins to complete.
- Summary of Installation and Integration
- Install “Business Chat Room – 2ConnectMe” plugin through WordPress store or unzip and upload the folder ‘business-chat-room-2connectme’ to ‘/wp-content/plugins/’
- Activate the plugin through ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress (Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> Activate “Business Chat Room – 2ConnectMe”).
- Copy Url link of either “Contact Form”, “Phone/Voice”, or “Video” of “GENERAL” hotline chat room provided by 2ConnectMe Portal.
- Logon 2ConnectMe with your new account just created.
- Goto Main Menu -> Hotline Chat Room -> “GENERAL” chat room and copy Url link of either “Contact Form”, “Phone/Voice” or “Video”.
- Paste such url link into “PopUp Form” field of “PopUp” tab of WordPress plugin page.
- Settings -> “Business Chat Room – 2ConnectMe” -> “PopUp” tab -> “PopUp Form” of Url link.
- If you need screen sharing function and you works on Chrome browser. It requires to install Chrome extension “2ConnectMe – Screen Sharing”. Please refer to video below. Or you use FireFox (ver 50 later) which support screen sharing natively without extension installation needed.
- Enable Business Revenue – InApp Payment allows your agents to accept payment from clients directly during chat conversation.
